Hi Nad,

This is straight forward. I feel you can do it by yourself rather than spending extra cash for solicitor. Just ask for necessary questions from this forum and I believe forum members with experience can help you out. Just my 2 cent or 2 pence!!!

Cheers.

I agree on both the advices of 1971.

1. You can do it yourself. Just read some of the posts. Ask where you don't understand things. It is quite straightforward.

2. Whoever has GOLD makes the rules.Thats why Britain has gold from all over the world. Logic..!!!!

Thanks,
I know I can do it personally, but appointments are fully booked so that's why I want to go through a solicitor...

Not sure about it. But I may be wrong. I would apply personally. you have 6 weeks of waiting time if you apply by Post. You can weigh your options as the amount solicitor will charge will be quite high.

Mate
Simple, the application process / form isn't rocket science that you need help of some solicitor.

If I were you, very keen on applying in person, I will call up the HO at 09:00 hrs and book an appointment.

however my personal suggestion is apply via post. that is simple and straight forward and the turnaround time is just under 4 weeks (avg)

Cheers
PG
