HSMP Extension ----Advice Needed

Hi Friends,

I need your advise on the following.

I am a IT consultant in HSMP visa.

Right now i am working as a permenant employee in an indian comapany with low salary.

I am planning to start my own company and do consulting from my company and get salary from my company.

Now my question is when i go for HSMP extension, would that affect during renewal?

Or to take up a permanent job in reputed company would get me a HSMP extension without any hassles...

Kindly advise as i need to take this decision at this point.

As a HSMP holder you can work for anyone, and that includes a company that you happen to own!

The requirement is that you are economically active .... not that you work for, or don't work for ... any particular type of company.
