HSMP Extension -Help Required

Post by hsmp_immigrant » Tue Oct 02, 2007 4:46 pm

Hi,
I am applying for the HSMP extension (FLR) coming this March. I had 24 months visa on my initial application. I have earning of approximately 45K per annum from salaried employment. I only have online pay slips. I know in this I have to provide my salary slips with employers signature and company stamp.

The problem that I am facing is that my company is US based and when I talked to my immediate boss he said I can do the signature but getting stamped is a problem as another company does the accounts for our company which is in USA so we can give you stamped salary slips.

I have my bank statements showing the exact figures of how much I have been paid. after tax deduction.

They can though give me a letter on company letter head that how much amount I was paid and how much tax was deducted. as In March I cannot get P60. I though have P60 for last year showing my yearly income as 35K after which I got big increment.

My Questions is that will these documents

1) Bank statements showing salary after deduction.
2) Employers Letter showing my monthly salary for each of 12 months and deductions of tax.
4) my previous P60

be suffice for showing my salary deduction.

Thanks in advance

Yes, i think this should be fine.

Get them to explain on the letter why the pay slips can't be stamped.
