HSMP Extension-Original HSMP approval letter to be provided?

All people who have successfully got an extension to their existing HSMP - Did you need to attach the original HSMP approval document with your application or was the reference number sufficient?

I did not provide it though I had it, I have not been asked for it but got extension.

you dont need original HSMP approval letter.
