hsmp extension

Post by krssubbu » Wed Dec 17, 2008 8:49 am

Hi all,

i have my extension in Jan 2009.

1. On my payslips, it just has my initial and surname (ex : k haider)
it has my NI number on it. is this a problem ? my first name is not expanded.

2. i have asked this doubt about in another post. but i am asking again because i have clubbed all my doubts together to make it easier if someone have the same doubt.

the 7 day or 1 month rule, does it apply to all 12 months bank statments or is it just last 3 months bank statements. do they require 12 months or 3 months bank statements dated a month prior the application. does this apply to12 months payslips also. if it is the case then everyone would need to order duplicate statements.

OR

is it just the last statement of the 3 months (maintence proof) that needs to be dated a month before application

i know this is too siliy but could someone please clarify this?

3. also i have all 12 months bank statements and 12 months payslips (receive every month). is this enough or do i need a letter from employer stating the gross and net salary ?

2. do i letter from employer stating my gross and net even if i have 12 months payslip and bank statements. will these 2 proof not be enough for salary ? your payslips and bank statements are the enough. The rule is not to have proofs coming from the same source...e.g. payslip and company earnings certification. They should come from 2 different sources...bank and company or company/HMRC (P60).

Thanks
