HSMP JR FLR Extension under Tier 1 GENERAL

My HSMP Approval issued in 2005 before April 3, 2006 & currently possess Tier 1 General Visa extended upto 2016 in line with HSMP Judicial Review Judgment 2008.Since Tier1 General further Extensions will be closed from April 6, 2015, am I required to apply for extension under Tier 1 by 6 April 2015 ? HSMP Policy Guidance 2008 says “subsequent extensions will be given to applicants, should they wish not to apply for settlement. HSMP JR Extensions Guidance Notes do not mention this deadline.
