HSMP Forum Judicial Review - Judgement of 6 April 2009

Post by AntCoe » Thu Jul 23, 2009 5:15 pm

Congrats to all those with 4 year HSMP Visas.

Does anybody know if the UKBA will extend this to the old 4year UK Ancestry Visa that was granted prior to April 2006?

I would think that those with 4 year ancestry visas can apply the same argument to those that had 4 year hsmp visas....

Thanks
AntCoe

JR was for HSMP and the policy is just for that. Will be wrong to assume HSMP JR could be linked or used for other immigration status. Best thing to do is seek legal advice from solicitor
