HSMP - Help with Employer Letter !!

Hi,

I am planning to apply for the HSMP under 28. I can't inform my employer directly as they may not be too pleased with the idea.

I have therefore informed that I need a work experience certificate for educational purpose.

What format should it be in ? How elaborate does it have to be ? I am not claiming any points under specialist roles.

Appreciate if someone who has got the HSMP approval can share their employer reference letter with me.
