If your visa stamp says HSMP then yes you can skip section 9. If you read the form, it clearly saysLeon225 wrote:My initial HSMP VISA is granted on March 2007, then extended on March 2008. At that time, there wasn't such Tier1 thing, and I don't have any Tier

So when applying the ILR, should I skip the section 9? which seems so many documents need to provide.
