HSMP judicial review refund query?

Hello

I was affected by the HSMP judicial review.

I am going to apply for a refund. But in the form I am being asked to fill in 'Original payment reference number (PRN)' details.
I do not have this.

Can one of you please refresh my memory on which document I should look this number up from my previous application?
