HSMP - Long Wait, Quick Evaluation

DYING to know the outcome of my HSMP application which they just love to drag out.... It was decided yesterday but I can not findout until atleast 4 days after. So in general it seems that they decided on my application pretty quickly... Is that a good sign or bad sign from anybodies past or know experience?
