HSMP Name Wrong - Reprint

Hi,

I got my HSMP approval letter in Jul-2008. The last letter of my surname is typed wrong. Instead of M it is printed as N.

The Work Permit customer care has mentioned that I can take reprints for spelling mistakes. But, I am not sure how long they are going to take. I have to go for an EC by December 2008.

1. Will this be an issue during Entry clearance?

2. Should I go for a reprint considering the time limit?

3. If anyone has done this before, should I attach a proof for the name? I didn't get an answer from Work Permit customer care.

Am posting this because I couldn't find a similar thread when I searched in this forum.
