HSMP questions...

Hi everyone,
I wonder if anyone can answer a few HSMP related questions.

1) How long does it usually take to switch from WP to HSMP?
2) If the application for HSMP isn't approved is the exisitng WP affected?
3) Is it OK to continue working for your existing employer once you've changed visa category?

50% of HSMP applications are processed in 5 weeks. 90% are processed in 14 weeks. These figures were released in the last week or so.

Your existing permission is not affected if your application is refused.

Yes, in fact, you cannot change your job until you get the visa as well, just having the HSMP is not enough.
