HSMP Requirements

I had come to Uk under HSMP visa in August , my visa is due soon , i have not found any professional job in the field as desired by me .
Basically i am Mechancial Engineer , with Master degree in business administration , i would like to know what is the situation of HSMP , in case you do not find a job in the field of your experience .

Does our visa get automatically rejected if we are on low and menial jobs . I am finding it impossible to enter a proper job due to manu reasons beyond my control .

I have tried many agencies but unfortunately they all have crab jobs .
