HSMP Review Procedure - Please help!

Hi,

What I can understand from various posts, is that it's best to file a new application (with payment) if you want them to reconsider your application with additional information. Is this correct ?

Also does anyone know if they fast track your review "new application" - I've seen someone mention that they waited only 20 days.

I have a job offer - will it help speed things up if I ask them to give me a letter stating that the position needs to be filled soon ?

I am desperate for help as my application was refused and my current visa runs out very soon!!

ashman,
Your understanding is correct. You should put in your appliation as soon as possible. From previous cases discussed in the forum it seems they give fast decisions on re-applications. The job offer letter will certainly help matters too.

If HSMP application will be refused- a review application can be sent. Maximum of two review applications can be forwarded ONLY.
