HSMP switching to Tier 1

Hi,

I will applying for an extenstion under Tier1 this month - currently I am under HSMP. I have a query with regards to Bank Statements: My current account went into debit or negative balance in the month of February this year; will this be a problem in anyway? I need to send my bank statements to prove the points I am claiming for Earnings.

The last three months have the necessary funds of £800.

Please let me know, any help will be much appreciated.

The HO/caseworker is concerned about the level of funds in the last 3months.. for the Maintenance earnings points..

so it should not be a problem...
