HSMP through Univisas (Senior member advice...)

Hi,
I applied hsmp through a consultant called Univisas.. but the company was closed due to fraud.. All the educational certificate and employment certificate which i have submitted to them are geniune and i got my HSMP in India... After coming to UK , i got job on the second day and by god's grace i am working in the same company with good package..
I am due to go for extension, and i am getting 100pts in points calculator..
I am more concerned about the company which got raided by home office..will i be having any problem.. that company just submitted my application...
Senior members plz advice as i gave all original geniue documents for getting HSMP..
Hope i won't be having problem for my extension.....

I don't think this should be a problem if, as you say, your socuments are all genuine. I'm assuming that Univisas was not under investigation at the time you submitted your initial application?

If your documents are all genuine, you should not be in trouble.

Thx... when i submitted my application everthing was fine... and after 1 yr the company was raided by home office...
For my extension, i have all my documents like..
P60, salary slips, bank statements, CRB check as my employer carried out, and my dependents documents...

It will be fine. You didn't knew that agent was doing fraud. also he didn't do any fraud to get you visa...so you should be alright.

thx...chetanojha.. that was kind of relief....

UKBA would have/should have verified your documents independently of Univisas anyway. If I were you, I would keep the education and previous employment certificates you used for original HSMP application handy. Just in case UKBA wants to see that again. But your stay is valid, and you should get extension.

Ya..when i did my initial HSMP, Integra called up my company for verfication with my HR and all the procedure were done.. they even emailed my HR..about my working and pay in that company.. and then they issued the visa...
But this sudden news about this company fraud.. i was bit shaken.. thx for the forum..i am back..

Exactly.

As long as your original visa was not obtained fraudulently, you should have no problems.
