HSMP to Tier 1 Ext. Please verify document list

Hi All,

I am about to submit my extension application from HSMP to Tier 1. I am a contractor and operate via my own limited company. Documents being submitted are as follows.

Main Applicant
1. Cover Letter
2. Application Form
3. Passport
4. 2 Photographs
5. Bank Statements (10 Months only) - Same to cover for both previous earnings and maintenance funds.
6. Payslip (10 Months only)

Dependent 1
1. Application form
2. Passport
3. 2 Photographs
4. Marriage Certificate

Dependent 2
1. Application form
2. Passport
3. 2 Photographs
4. Birth Certificate

It would be great if seniors could please verify the list.

Try to include a copy of self assessment point cacluation from BIA website

Looks fine. In your cover letter, mention clearly infact in bold letters that you are using the same bank statements for your earnings as well as for maintenance funds(for your and your dependents). Also mention clearly that you have earned points for Degree and English language in initial application hence not submitting evidences this time.
