HSMP Tier 1 General Extension Please help

my application was rejected initially based on the accountant letter did not show required information.

I had shown two sources of income the first one was accepted except for two weeks which did not fall under the time period.

I did appeal, my barister was not well prepared for the case and he was late for the court as well.

The judge did ask some questions on my first job where two weeks were not accepted, for which my lawyer could not answer properly. the judge was not happy with my lawyer as he was late to the court, he did not let me either to explain about it.

Now i feel, i have only 50% chance to get my. please let me know if i can do anything at this point.
