HSMP / Tire 1 refusal & pankina case; Please Help

Hi all,

i applied for HSMP back in Dec-2007, back then as many of you will know it was two stage process. i got initial approval letter from UKBA, and when i applied for leave to remain, it was rejected only because of maintaince funds. could you please confirm:

Can i benefit form pankina case judgement

If yes, how can i proceed with my review request.
