HSMP Visa extension under 28 65 points based extension

Hi

I have applied for HSMP visa in 2006 got the Rejection i have applied for AIT appeal , appeal got allowed in 2007 and finally i got my visa in 2009 in march , it took 3 long years to get visa .now my visa is due for extension next month can anyone please let me know which application form do i need to fill for my visa extension for HSMP , do i come under judicial review of economically active under judicial review of nov 2006 , says all the hsmp applications filed before nov 2006 will be economicaloly active and wont come under points based system do i need to show the ponits earned under hsmp extension or the new tier 1 visa extension

please let me know which application form do i need to use for filing my hsmp visa. do i need to get points or not to claim 75 points for extenion

If you applied for HSMP (initial approval) before 07-Nov-06, then you are covered by the HSMP JR, and therefore, should be able to apply for extension as per the old HSMP rules (and not Tier 1 qualifying criteria). See also FLR Tier 1 (HSMP) form and guidance.

A covering letter explaining the facts will help the caseworker understand the circumstances of your case. I would suggest that you include one with your extension application.
