I Select Yes for my job code under ISL list Mistakenly

I mistakenly select yes if the job is under immigration salary list. and submitted the application. i realised this mistake after payment and submission. i have attached the cover letter saying my mistake and ready to pay the difference. but what should i do. should i wait for the home office review or withdraw my application and fill the new application. i have applied my partner's application with the correct answer, if i withdraw my application, do i need to withdraw his as well?
And when will i get refund if i withdraw the application?
