My wife just received her Notice of Decision for a settlement visa.
They refused purely because they couldn't get in touch with my employers! I enclosed a letter from employer, pay slips and bank statements.
I am appealing against the decision and have got a new letter from employer (with mobile number), P60, bank statements (showing wages paid in), and pay slips.
Someone mentioned I need to re-send all the original documents, but from my understanding they are just requesting 'additional documents'.
Can someone please clarify?
Do I need to re-send all documents that I sent with the original application, or just any additional documents to support the points of my refusal?
