iaft 2 form submitted at Bombay

Post by al parpia » Mon May 23, 2011 9:54 am

hi
I am a uk resident since 2005, got married in sept 2010 and my wife applied for dep visa in April 2011. it got refused as we didn't provide any proof of communication. visa authorities feel that marriage is not real and my wife has no intentions in living with me once she is in uk.
we submitted an appeal with supporting documents going back to 2005 and also emails from 2006 till 2011 and lycamobile itemised bills from my account which shows I have called her everyday for more than an hour on her mobile number. also sent new lease documents which shows us as joint tenants of a new flat I had taken on rent for us to live together when my wife comes here. also sent copy of tickets which we had booked to fly to uk together. and some old pictures from 2006 n 2009 along with our engagement pictures. think this is enough evidence to show our relationship is genuine. how much time do they take to reconsider such cases. appeal made 9th may 2011.
