T2 ICT Long Term - Renewal

Hello,

My current T2 ICT Long Term expires on 01 May 2015 and I am in the process renewing. I do have a 5 year CoS from my employer.

Since I have missed the rules in place before 06 April 2010, I will not be able to apply for ILR.

However, while completing the T2 Application form I wonder which is the right section that I tick on.

in section L4 - What is current or last grant of leave:

Would this : T2 ICT migrant in the Long Term Staff Sub-category
or
T2 ICT migrating in Established Staff sub-category under rules in place before 06 April 2011.
