ICT Long term Visa

Hello Dear Experts,
I request you to clarify my below doubt.

I have joined a company in June 2014 and travelled to UK in 1st week of October 2014 on ICT(Skill Transfer) Visa and returned to my home country in November 2014. My client wants me to come to UK again.

Can I enter UK without cooling-off period via Tier 2 ICT Long term visa sponsored by the same company, if client offers me a annual salary of £41500. Or Do i need to wait till June 2015 to be able to apply for this ICT Long Term Visa?
Please let me know options available.

Why would client pay you salary if you are going through your current company????

Anyways, to clarify - one can apply for ICT Long term visa from their current company after a skill transfer visa and the cool off period does not apply. However, for applying ICT LT visa, you need to be employed with your company for atleast 12 months. Hence, you can only apply after Jun-2015.

For applying ICT Long term visa, do i need to wait till June - 2015(joined in my current company in June - 2014) or or is it November-2015(I have left UK in November - 2014)? Kindly clarify.

Also, please let me know if there is any salary threshold for this visa? I have read in some other post that salary should be 41000 GBP to be eligible for this visa. Kindly advise.

You need to wait until June-2015. ICT (ST) to ICT (LT) is not subject to cool-off period. Also, your company need to pay you atleast GBP 41,000 for ICT (LT) visa.
