T2 ICT Short term extension from UK (same sponsor)

Dear Experts / Gurus ,

Can a tier 2 short term staff applicant (Feb'14 to Mar'15) extend their leave from within the UK as a ICT LTS if they are willing to continue with the same employer. if this is possible how long leave can be extended to?
