ICT Short Term Extension Possible?

Hi,

I got 12 months ICT Short Term Visa in Aug last year, but used only 2 months out of the 12 months.

The Visa expires in Aug, is it possible to extend short term ICT Visa for the unutilised period (10 months)

Please confirm URGENT

from para 29 of the guidance:
You can apply to extend your stay for the maximum amount of time allowed for your
specific sub-category.

IMHO the guidance would have been clearer if it had used "leave" instead of "stay" but the Immigration Rules are the law and take priority

Hi ..

I'm working on ICT tier 2 Visa since OCT 2010.

My visa will expire in OCT 2015.

Can I apply for an extension either in Tier 2 ICT or General category working for the same employer.

I think the new rules provide an exemption for those who were on ICT Tier 2 Visa before April 2011.
