ICT Short Term to ICT Short Term

Hi Everyone,

Can someone please let me know is it possible to get the ICT Short term Tier 2 visa Extend to Short Term ( 1 year ) for the same employer.

If yes is there any cooling period is there for ICT Short term to Short Term.
Also would there be any minimum salary required in INR for long Term ?

ICT ST visa is valid for max of 12 months. If your current ST visa is less than 12 months, you can get it extended to make the total of 12 months. If it's already issued for 12 months, you cannot apply for another ST visa for 12 months (cool off period).

There is no cool off from ICT ST to LT visa. However, there is a minimum salary that your employer has to give you while you are in UK on ICT LT visa. You need to check with your employer if they are ready to sponsor your LT visa.
