T2 ICT - T2G Dep - T2 G

Hello All
I am currently on Long Term T2ICT (first entry clearance Aug 2010, second entry clearance Aug 2012), working in a mid-senior position in a reputable organisation, salary > £100k (but less than £150k)
My wife is currently on T2General (from early 2014)

I have a question regarding change in visa category:
1) Can I change my visa category from T2ICT to T2G, in country & without cooling off?

2) after converting to T2G dependent can I change to T2G (entry clearance from home country) immediately? Or i have to stay 12months on T2G dependent visa before converting to T2G ?

3) Till when can i live in UK under given circumstances? Will I be eligible for ILR?

In August 2012 did you obtain entry clearance (application from home country) or an extension (application from UK)?

In Question1, i mean

yes, to PBS dependant but not to T2G

2) after converting to T2G dependent can I change to T2G (entry clearance from home country) immediately? Or i have to stay 12months on T2G dependent visa before converting to T2G ?

you can only apply for entry clearance from home country 12 months after you ceased to have T2 ICT leave - the period as PBS dependant is not relevant

depends on the circumstances of your 2012 entry clearance - would need to know details of your immigration history to comment

PBS dependent is not relevent-what does that mean? Does it mean if I spend 12month as T2General dependent I can apply as Tier2general for myself?

you must not have had T2 leave, or been in the UK as a T2 migrant, for at least 12 months before you can apply for T2G entry clearance from home country. How you spent the 12 months preceding your application - as a PBS dependant in the UK or climbing in the Himalayas - is irrelevant. PBS dependants of T2 migrants are not T2 migrants themselves.
