ICT Tier2 Depentent BRP delay in Visa extension

Hi All,

I have applied for renewal on Jan 29 and got approved on FEB 15 and received my BRP on FEB 20. I have received only my BRP at that time, My wife brp is not yet arrived yet, Up on checking they asked us to file compliant we have raised 2 complaints still no update from there end. Is there any way we can file a complaint and get it sonner. She has to travel to india on emergency case. Could any faced same issues and solved it.
