ICT Visa and legalities to Stay

Hi Team,

I have moved to UK on an ICT visa and I am planning to switch job here.

I had a discussion with my current employer and we are agreeing have my last working day by 15th July 2024.

Also, I am expecting the new letter from my job by next week as a General Skilled Tier 2 visa.

I just wanted to know if at all my new job visa process take longer time, am I eligible to still stay in UK as a resident, my BRP is valid until 31st Dec, 2024.
