ICT visa Dependant work Reg

Hello there,
I'm on ICT (Global mobility - senior specialist) visa, living in the UK for the past 3 years. My wife works here using her dependant visa rights. Now my project assignment has come to an end and will be moving back to India in a month. But my visa expires only by the end of 2025. My wife is currently on maternity leave.
Since I'm asked to move back, should my wife submit her resignation with her employer or will she be able to continue on the payroll until the visa expires? Will she be eligible for the statutory maternity pay after six months as per UK govt guidelines?
