IELTS Language Test from London

Hi Everybody,

I'm willing to apply under Federal Skilled worker category from UK. I've been living in UK for more than 6 years, I completed my studies here (masters degree) and now i'm working under Tier 1 General visa.

My question is, Do I STILL HAVE TO TAKE IELTS TEST to apply for canadian Immigration or can i just apply without it?

In one single word-'YES'.

I have lived in UK for more than 5yrs and has worked as a professional for more than 3 yrs with MSc degree and I'm also going to sit for the test .

My understanding is, if you were not born and brought up in UK, Canada, US, Australia and New Zealand, you are strongly adviced to sit for the IELTS test.
