Hi All,

I like to know is IELTS a must for skilled worker application.
I did my schooling (12 Years) in English and later Engineering(4 years) in English. Should I take IELTS exam to prove my English language ability? or is it just enough to have the Engineering degree certificate in english?

Please help....
