Is my IELTS score enough?

Hello everybody

My average IELTS score is 6(Reading 5.5; Writing 6.0; Speaking 6.0; Listening 6.5).
I would like to know if this 5.5 score from Reading is enough for me to say say that my English is Competent and get from it 15 points? Or I will have to reenter to this exam. :(
