IGS Question

Hello

I am asking a question on behalf of my friend, she is doing post graduate diploma and which is expected to be finished in september but her visa is running out in july31 ...

Is it possible for her to apply for IGS in july by confirming or taking letter from the Institute or she must need to complete her course before she apply for IGS .

She has to have her degree certificate or a letter of completion of the course from the university. In addition she need to show evidence of job hunting....
