IGS to Tier-1, need Help

Dear All
My daughter has IGS visa since Jan 2008 and will apply for extension under Post study work visa for further one year in Jan 2009. At present she is working full time as salleried person with one private limited company without having work permit.( we think IGS person dont need work permit)
Could any body advise that:
Can she apply for Tier-1 on the basis of earnings from this job of limited private company and what prof she need exept pay slips+ company letter and bank statments.

1. Yes, she can, IGS allows you to work legally, and it can be extendable till 2 years. so no doubt on it.

2. You can transform it to teir1 once you have all the requirement for Teir1. Payslips and bank statments are the two things required, Additionaly you can provide Employer letter to authenticate that she is working. You can read the guidance note on the BIA website for further information
