IHS Refund for NHS

Hi,

I work for NHS but I on a Tier 2 (General) visa I cannot use the online refund process and I emailed IHSrefunds@homeoffice.gov.uk to request refund twice.I am not getting any response.

I wanted to check anyone on tier 2 had any success in getting a refund by emailing IHSrefunds for their dependents even if the main visa holder is not a healthcare care worker
