ILR for dependents

Dear all,

My spouse is in the UK since 2015 on two different visas:

1. Tier 4 dependent visa between 2015-2019
2. Tier 2 dependent visa between 2019-2022

Is she eligible for ILR given the fact that I have already obtained ILR through Global Talent Visa (3 year route)?
