illegal migrant with EU notional sister in UK

Hello ladies and gentlemen,
I am an EEA notional who studied and lived in the UK for many years now. I am a banker.
However, my sister has been living in the UK for a longer period that myself. She has an illegal immigrant status.
We lived together a few year ago, then I moved to live alone after I finished my studies and started working.
Unfortunately, my sister caught a serious disease a few months ago and can no longer live by her own. She then moved to live with me and is under my responsibility now.
Her lawyer discussed with me a potential solution that can help her to finally get her residence permit, under the circumstances, which is the EEA2 route.
Since I am not a specialist, I wanted to check with you guys if this cam work or not. Especially because she is an illegal migrant. I thought she might not even have the right t submit an EEA2 application.
Pls advise. Thanking you in anticipation.

Be extra careful when believing lawyer who saying that situation can lead to get residence permit for non EU national. Because public security and health issues can even aggravate the case.

How old is she?

Was she dependent on you or a member of your household outside the UK anytime in the past?

How come you are EU national and your sister isn't?

May be she lived in an EU country before, May be she was married to an EU national before. many possibilities
