I am new here in this forum
Q is myaunt enter in to the uk on illegal papers
her sons settled here can she b legelise?

also what is the recent law changed for above in order to go out of uk on temp pasport?

can she be detaned at the airport?

Not much chance - more likely she will receive a 10 year ban.

How long ago did she enter?
What country is she from?
Is she widowed?
Are there any other family members back in the home country?

When you say illegal papers do you mean a false passport?

If it is a false passport did she apply before in her own right and get refused?
