ILR 360 days out of country.

Whats is the ILR rule on WP.

I read this rule for ANcestral visa
You must also be able to show that you have not spent 90 days per year (for each of the 4 years the visa allows)(ie: 360 days for the 4 years) outside the UK.

Is this rule also for WP and HSMP holder also?

In WP 360 days has to be sliced in 4 years OR one can be out of country 360 days in last 2 years or less.

not sure of WP, but for HSMP you it's only 6 months out of 4 years (or 180 days) that one is allowed to stay outside the country to get ILR. and not more than 3 months per single year.
