ILR after 10 years Long Residency

Post by Meedo2k » Fri May 27, 2011 5:11 pm

Hello

For ILR after Long Residency (after 10 years), I read that you shouldn't be out of the country for over 18 month within the 10 years.

I travel quite a lot to different destinations as part of my job (5-6 days every month or two). Does this period count towards the 18 months?

Please help clarifying

Thanks

I get people saying this shouldnt be a problem, few said it might be.

I never settled outside UK, not even a single day! Few holidays while most of the other trips were short business trips..

Can I get another confrmation, please?

Thanks
