ILR and 1yr Conditional Discharge

ILR and 1yr Conditional Discharge

Help Needed.
I am due for ILR and i have a conditional discharge which will clear by July 12. I intend applying for ILR in Feb 12. Is it possible i could be given ILR with the conditional discharge as its a one off charge and not due to any major crime commited.

I am applying under the HMSP JR.

I have read that a single conditional discharge could be over look.
Please advice and if anyone has gotten ILR with an unspent convictions please reply
