please its a request whoever is applying for ILR in person can you find out what is the number of days allowed 180 days or ?
Many Thanks
Assuming you're applying for 5 yrs WP or HSMP?
It's mostly at the case worker's discretion.
General guidelines are (in this order of priority, I think)
1.) no absences of over 90 days continuously in a single trip outside the UK.
2.) no more that 180 days in 5 years (some say it's been updated to 225 days but if this is true, then only the internal HO guides are updated)
3.) no more than 90 days per year
Now, this is not set in stone and there are some people who got ILR without meeting the above. But to avoid problems, keep all three and you should be ok.
