ILR and dependant visa

Post by rudraps » Sun Oct 09, 2011 3:25 pm

Dear all,
I need some advise on the ilr and dependant visa.
I am currently on hsmp and i complete 5 years on 20-12-2011. I am covered under the hsmp ilr judicial review - 5years. My wife is currentlyon dependant visa . She works and is due to start maternity leave . We are planning for the delivery to happen in india and she wants to travel before me applying for ILR. We know it would be best for us to get the ILR and then travel.
Will it be difficult for my wife and baby to apply from india?
What is the best option available.

Thanks for any suggestions

It may be simpler if child is born in the UK.

And ILR cannot be applied for from outside the UK.
