ILR and Notice Pay

Hi,

I am eligible to apply for ILR from last week of March on completion of 5 years under WP + HSMP + Tier-1.

my last day of work was on 31st Dec..and I have notice period up until Feb 2nd week...this company paid on my JAN payslip showing as paid on leave...with the compensation money for job loss.

My question is whether I can show this payslip for the purpose of previous 3 months payslips..this payslip also shows lumpsum paid for job loss...also my P45 is dated 31st dec...as notice period pay is taxed separately at 20% in JAN payslip.
