I came to UK on work permit 1 company and did not work for it. Later work permit 2 company had processed my work permit and I am still working for that company. Not sure of your exact situation but when I applied for ILR the Home Office pretty much wanted to know that
(a) I had worked for the company which sponsored the work permit.
(b) I was still working for them.
(c) They still needed me.
My case was simpler than yours, there was only one company and work permit involved. Not having actually worked for them would certainly cause them to frown.
What time periods do your work permit(s) cover, and what periods did you actually work? I think we need more info here.
Yeah you are right. But my question was different. Have you got any idea about it?Then you can't count the time for the first work permit towards ILR, the basis of that permit was to work for that company, you didn't work so you get no credit fo that time
It would have been different if the company some how was at fault during that period but as you have not provided any basis, I have to assume you failed to complete the conditions of that permit
