Hi guys,
I'm just really worried about the success rate of my ILR application in a 3 years.
So I've been granted a BN(O) visa for 5 years. It expires in April 2026, which will then I should be able to apply ILR.
Let me please give you guys a little bit of my background. I've been brought to court in Hong Kong and was convicted of
- Forgery of Document ( Using a unregistered licence plate )
- Driving without a third party insurance
in July 2020 and I was given a community service order.
Now when I applied for the BN(O) visa, I did include
- Using a incorrect number plate ( Note: I didn't use the exact word "Forgery of Document" )
- Driving without a third party insurance
under traffic offences, instead of criminal offences.
Now my question is, when it comes to applying my ILR application in 3 years time, given that I don't have any criminal records in the UK and only the above traffic offences in Hong Kong, what's my chance to get granted ILR please?
If anyone could share any opinion, that would be highly appreciated.
